sick

I haven't been sick in a loong time. But slowly it crept up on me, and bang! hell. This is terrible, and even the dog won't hang out with me.

Back home

Well, I'm back home (even though it doesn't feel like it) now for a couple weeks. Back to the grind, working on the house, working in the cold. Was hoping for a fun relaxing weekend visiting with friends, relaxing, but that turned bad fast. Sometimes I wish I could just disappear. Well lets hope things work themselves out, because if not, captain anti-social comes out to play. And boo to him.

Winter storm!!

I love winter, hate the cold. Absolutely love the snow, and while I have to spend time in Edmonton, I get to enjoy an awesome winter storm. We tried to get out of the cul de sac today and got stuck, luckily some of the neighbours came to the rescue. If I had my camera I would post some pics because there is a lot of snow. Oh, and today I found my favourite beer in the liquor store, so that was a bonus.
